MOC's arrangement of residual quantitative limits for textile exports

Trade and Industry Department, Hong Kong announces that for further to the notice issued by the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) on 13 November 2006 (for details please refer to CIC No. 451/2006) inviting enterprises to submit application for quantitative limits for textile exports to the United States and the European Union in 2006 surrendered by enterprises, the MOC issued a notice on 28 November 2006 announcing the allocation arrangement regarding the residual quantitative limits after the distribution at local level.
