TID organises 'Insight in Shop Leasing' seminar

The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Insight in Shop Leasing" next Monday (January 15).

Speakers will include the Chief Executive Officer (Shop, Industrial and Commercial) of Midland Realty Mr Pierre Wong, and Assistant General Manager – Leasing & Control, of The Link Management Ltd Ms Peionie Kong.

They will update the audience on the latest shop leasing market and share essential items to note in the leasing process. The consistent upsurge in rent has added immense burden to many SMEs. However, if selecting a shop with appropriate location suits the nature of operation and at reasonable rent, SMEs could still be on the path to success.

The seminar will be held from 2.30pm to 5pm at the Lecture Theatre, Ground Floor, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (MTR Tin Hau Station Exit B). It will be conducted in Cantonese with free admission.
