How to be A Super Supervisor at Cititel Penang( 5 & 6 November 2007)for 2 days.

Supervisors are the important “link” between management and non-management groups. They play the critical role in interfacing and implementing company's strategies.

Today's business environment constantly challenges supervisor to deliver competitive goods and services of high quality at the lowest possible cost.

Globalization of markets, changing demands patterns, and rapid technological change are some of the challenges supervisors have to overcome in the pursuit of greater efficiency and productivity.

As supervisors, they must be equipped with the relevant skills in planning, leading, motivating, communicating, organising and controlling in order to achieve corporate as well as employees' goals.

This course has been designed with the changing scenario in mind, and focus is given to issues of Leadership, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Quality Management and Change Management. Activities-based experiential learning methodology is very much emphasized.

At the end of the program, the participants shall be able to:
