MATAC (the training arm of MTMA) is organising public program on Effective Office Management at Cititel Penang (15 & 16 November 2007) duration for 2 days.
This program is designed to empower participants with effective tools to better manage their office and its personnels.
Participants will learn to improve their office efficiency and effectiveness through filing system, communication and office automation.
On completion of the program, participants will learn the following
- Using systematic techniques in office management
- Enhance the awareness of office automation
- Acquire communication skills to handle office personnels constructively

Mr. Ong Song Howe has been involved in management consultancy and training for more than 15 years. Prior to establishing his present partnership with Germany Machwurth Team International, Mr. Ong was the director/ principle consultant of Ganter Management & Consultancy Sdn Bhd.
Having worked with multi-national organisations and Local SME on a regional basis, Mr. Ong has been particularly active in consulting in the automobile parts & components, plastic, paper, metal, MLM and franchising industries.
