FPCCI to expand bilateral trade with Poland & Czech Republic

FPCCI is planning to send Trade Delegation to Poland and Czech Republic under the leadership of Mr. Tanvir Ahmad Sheikh President FPCCI to expand bilateral trade and economic relations and explore new avenues for promotion of trade and joint ventures with these countries.
The schedule of visit is given hereunder:- 1- Visit to Warsaw Poland 14 – 16 April 2008 - Visit to Prague Czech Republic 17 – 18 April 2008
The delegation will be consisting of members of Pakistan – Czech Business Council and Pakistan – Poland Business Council of FPCCI.
The programme of Trade Delegation which is being planned with the close cooperation of TDAP and Pakistan Embassy in Czech will be as following:-
1- To hold Joint Business Council Meetings with the FPCCI counterparts in the respective countries to discuss proposals and suggestions for promotion of bilateral trade and economic relations
2- To hold meeting with the President and Members of Chamber of Commerce & Industry of the countries being visited
3- To hold B2B Meetings with the Polish and Czech companies
4- To meet High ups of concerned Ministries and Departments of both the countries
Main items of Exports to Poland and Czech Republic Principal export items of Pakistan to Poland include fabrics, home textiles including towels, rice, surgical/dental instruments ( including those for the manicure/pedicure, finished leather ( tanneries etc as the polish value added leather sector is looking to source different quality leather for their shoe / accessories industry from Eastern markets) marble , auto parts.
