Carpet Expo, Varansai coming soon

The Council is organizing next India Carpet Expo - Varansai - 2008 under the aegis of Govt of India.
The India Carpet Expo has now been proved to be the sourcing window for the buyers from all over the world and business opportunities for participating manufacturer-exporters are tremendous.
The Council has magnified its efforts in terms of infrastructure & facilities of international stature and is confident that ICE would be exploring new business avenues for the participants.
Carpet Export Promotion Council will be held on 17th to 20th October, 2008 at Maharaja Lawn, Hotel Taj Ganges, Varanasi. U.P.
The schedule of next ICE is given below : -
- Participation Charges includes a built-up stand with table, Chairs, Spot lights.
- To and Fro' Free freight carriage facilities for exhibitors of Category B, within the permitted weight limit.
- Booking will be entertained with 50% advance payment of Participation Charges only.
- Allotment of space will be on First come first serve basis according to availability of space.
Payment Terms:
- 50% advance of Participation Charges along with Space Booking Form, balance payment atleast 10 days before the commencement of India Carpet Expo.
- All payment be made by Demand Draft or at par cheque favoring 'Carpet Export Promotion Council ' payable at New Delhi.
The Council is making all possible efforts to:
- Organise Expo in true professional and international manner,
- Make global publicity campaign to enlarge the scope of visit of overseas buyers,
- Provides attractive special package of facilities to 'Selected Buyers' only.
- Showcase India's capability in procuring wide range of products,
- Open new business avenues for all segments of manufacturers & exporters of carpets
- Members may kindly send their Space Booking Form duly filled in along with requisite payment to the Council latest by 31st August, 2008.
