Lindström buys Euroclean operations

Lindström Group, which provides textile services in Europe and Asia, has acquired the business operations of Euroclean, a company that supplies mat services in Bulgaria.
Lindström Group founded subsidiary in Bulgaria in 2008 and started operations by offering workwear services to corporate customers. In 2010 the company's selection in Bulgaria was expanded to mat services.
“Our objective in Bulgaria is strong growth and market leadership. With this acquisition we will significantly increase the turnover of our Bulgarian subsidiary and achieve the position of market leader”, says Mika Hartikainen, Senior Vice President in charge of Lindström's European and Asian subsidiaries.
“Along with the personnel transferred in the acquisition, we will receive valuable know-how on the local market”, Hartikainen continues. In connection with the acquisition, Euroclean's staff will be transferred as employees of Lindström EOOD which operates in Bulgaria.
Lindström provides mat services with its own concept in 12 European countries.
