Winsome Textile Industries Ltd has informed that the Company has set up a 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Hamriyah Free Zone in United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) under the name & style of "Winsome Textile Industries FZE".
The Winsome Group put down its roots with a trading company in Calcutta in 1952. With an eye on increasing business opportunities being offered by the textile industry, Winsome established a spinning unit at Baddi in Himachal Pradesh in 1980.
