Kronos to increase price for all TiO2 products sold in NA

Kronos Worldwide, Inc announced a price increase for all titanium dioxide products sold in North America.
Effective October 1, 2011, or as permitted by contract, prices for all Kronos titanium dioxide products sold in North America will be increased by 25 cents per pound.
This increase is in addition to the increases previously announced.
Kronos Worldwide, Inc. is a major international producer of titanium dioxide products.
KRONOS Worldwide, Inc. and its predecessors have been producing titanium dioxide pigments (TiO2) since 1916. The company has continued to grow and invest in its worldwide TiO2 business and currently operates six production plants and one mine at locations in five countries on two continents.
