Amar Colour JV Indonesian Dystar eyes overseas markets

Recognizing the growing markets for dyestuff all over the world, Amritsar based Amar Colour Chem has decided to collaborate with leading Indonesian firm Dystar.
A memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the two firms will be signed in early 2006-07
This partnership is expected to help increase international markets as Dystar already has 26 branches around the world.
Company is the manufacturer of dyestuff and intermediates widely used in textiles, paper and leather.
The capacity of the unit is about 175-180 metric tons a month. Of the total production, 97 percent is exported.
