Arnarjothi Colour to start its production from April

Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd has informed that M/s. Amarjothi Colour Melange Spinning Mills Ltd is 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd with effect from April 01, 2012.

The Board of Directors in their meeting held on March 28, 2012 has accorded their consent for investment of the 100% shares in Amarjothi Colour Melange Spinning Mills Ltd. Amarjothi Colour Melange Spinning Mills Ltd. is a subsidiary Company to Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd. The proposed investment in the Equity Share capital of the company are within the limits specified u/s. 372A of the Companies Act, being 100% equity share capital of Rs. 3,00,00,000/-.

Arnarjothi Colour Melange Spinning Mills Ltd is a new company ready for its commercial production from April, 2012. The Company is proposes to manufacture melange yarn of lesser counts. It is a means of expansion of the business.

Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd is the largest manufacturer, to be equipped with 45,000 spindles exclusively for melange yarn and is expanding by adding an additional 25,000 spindles. The company has a production capacity of 20 tons per day for the widest possible range of melange yarns in counts 10's to 60's in any blend and colour.
