Interface to redeem early $27.5mn of Senior Notes

The redemption date for the Notes is November 27, 2013. An aggregate of approximately $29.4 million, which includes interest that will accrue by the redemption date, will be required to redeem the Notes. U.S. Bank National Association, trustee in respect of the Notes, is processing the transmittal of the redemption notice to the holders of the Notes that will be redeemed.
