Esquel shows pure cotton goods at Shanghai SpinExpo

Esquel was among the 300 exhibitors from around the world and we showcased our Fall/Winter 2014 collection alongside our best-selling products. Other exhibitors participating in the event included suppliers specializing in yarn, fibers, fabrics and other professional fields.

Esquel’s 2014 Fall/Winter collection focused on four themes - Dress Everyday, The Darks, Casual Traveler and Denim Daze. The collection featured both pure cotton and cotton-blended products using merino wool, yak and cashmere. Showcasing our specialty spinning techniques, the collection was well received by customers.

The exhibition booth was a collaborative effort between the Specialty Spinning team and various teams in Gaoming. The design of the booth made use of yarn cones and a photo featuring the spectacular scenery of Guilin.

One of the highlights of our collection is the launch of our new Esquel Heather Color Book, which took the team five years to build.

Its unique color composition, sequencing and coding arrangement facilitates color-searching, allowing color comparison and matching to be achieved with speed and precision. It is a great tool for color management and design, and was highlighted by “China Textile News” and other mainstream newspapers from the textile and apparel sector.
