High Court lifts injunction against Noble sale of products, Cogent stands to lose

Textile and home fashions based silver fiber manufacturer Noble Fiber Technologies Inc, the creator of X-Static - The Silver Fiber, is a leader in the manufacturing, development and sales of advanced bio-technology materials for the industrial, medical, military and consumer markets.
Applications for X-Static include sports/military apparel, bandages and other medical supplies, and such industrial products as carpeting, packaging and flooring materials.
Recently the Honorable High Court of Delhi ("Court") determined that there was no basis for the Injunction filed by Cogent Silver Fiber Pte. Ltd. ("Cogent") in Suit No. 132/2005 ("Suit") titled "Cogent Silver Fiber Pte. Ltd. V. Noble Fiber Technologies Inc. (USA)" and has vacated the same.
In connection with the litigation still pending between Noble and Cogent, and in order to fully protect its interests and rights to conduct business in India, Noble has retained the services of highly respected and reputable attorneys in India to defend Noble in the Suit, and Noble, with the assistance of its counsel, are confident that Noble will be completely exonerated in these proceedings.
It is Noble's position that Cogent has consistently placed false advertisements, which misinterpret the orders of the Court, and has falsely claimed to enter into a valid business relationship with the company.
Noble has no existing business relationship with Cogent and is not bound by any current restrictions regarding its affiliations and business dealings in India. Noble will continue to take all necessary and appropriate legal actions to defend its right to legally sell/distribute products throughout India and the world.
Noble's innovative X-Static's materials and products offer superior anti-microbial, anti-odor, heat regulating and anti-static qualities, addressing various consumer and industrial needs and are currently being worn by armed forces in the U.S. and Great Britain.
