Spidi Denim, a brand offering motorsport lifestyle products, features NanoSphere from Schoeller in their new Spidi Denim fashion collection. Nicola Dalla Grana, Spidi Sport CEO, explains, “When we started the Spidi Denim project we decided to give consumers the opportunity to wear fashion denim jeans to ride a bicycle, a moped or a motorcycle in any weather condition, not caring about rain, snow or dirt. We chose the NanoSphere treatment, among others, thanks to its excellent performance that combines high resistance to water and long term durability.”

The heavy duty nanotechnology used in NanoSphere is based on a future-oriented C6 chemistry free from PFOS and PFOA. The finish is highly abrasion and wash resistant and repels water and dirt reliably.

Textiles with DWR finishes like NanoSphere require less frequent washing, which protects the environment and the fabric. All components of NanoSphere are bluesign approved and allow, properly applied, a production with minimum impact on humans and environment.
