YNCC to shut naphtha cracker for maintenance

Yeochun Naphtha Cracking Center (YNCC), a leading naphtha cracking company in South Korea, is likely to shut its No. 3 naphtha cracker for maintenance turnaround next week.
“The No. 3 naphtha cracker is likely to be shut for around one month for maintenance turnaround on September 22, 2014,” a company official told fibre2fashion.
The No. 3 naphtha cracker is located in Yeosu, in South Korea, and has an annual capacity to produce 470,000 ton of ethylene and 240,000 tons of propylene.
