Weaving machines maker Itema to hike focus on APAC region

Italy based Itema, a producer of advanced weaving solutions plans to bolster its Asian regional hub in Hong Kong and build up a stronger presence in important weaving markets throughout the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
Itema said it is relocating its APAC Regional Head of Sales - Cristiano Capitanio to Hong Kong, a move which will enhance local presence and increase efficiency when serving its growing APAC customer base, which makes up for a substantial portion of Itema’s global sales.
Fulvio Carlo Toma, Group Sales & Marketing Director said, “Building on the existing close partnerships with the strong Itema agent network and leveraging our dedicated resources on the ground, now we can even better serve the exact needs of our Asian customers.”
“Customer satisfaction is the No-1 prerogative and driving force behind everything we do at Itema. Our proximity to our valued customer base, now even more so in APAC, reaffirms our focus and commitment to their success,” Itema informed.
“The feedback we have received so far has been very positive and we are looking forward to strengthening even further our business partnerships in the target region of Asia Pacific,” the manufacturer of high-tech weaving machines added. (AR)
