Itema names PT Illies as sales agent in Indonesia

Advanced weaving solutions provider, Itema said it has appointed PT Illies Engineering Indonesia as its sole agent for the Indonesian market.
Effective January 2015, all activities related to the sale of Itema weaving machines, spare parts and after-sales services in Indonesia are being carried out by Illies Engineering Indonesia.
The new set up in Indonesia is in line with Itema’s strategy to build up a stronger presence in the Asia Pacific weaving markets with the creation of a new dedicated regional hub based out of Hong Kong.
According to Itema, APAC represents an increasingly important part of Itema’s global turnover and so Itema has relocated Cristiano Capitanio, regional head of sales to the Hong Kong hub.
