Dawson's Deputy Chairman steps down

Textile company Dawson International Plc has announced the resignation of Giovanni Ghione as a Director and Deputy Chairman with immediate effect.
Giovanni was appointed to the Board in March 2002 and was appointed Deputy Chairman in May 2004. Mike Hartley, Chairman, thanks Giovanni for his contribution and practical assistance during this period.
Dawson International is one of the world's leading cashmere businesses. It operates in every aspect of cashmere from goat to garment. It is also one of the world's leading manufacturers of fine bedlinens through the acquisition of Dorma in February 2005.
