The company manufactures and markets blended yarns, 100 percent cotton and cotton mélange yarns, synthetic fabrics and garments.
A highest-credit-quality rating of `A1+ ` was assigned by ICRA taking into account RSWM's leading position in the domestic blended yarn industry, diversification into cotton yarn, and growing value-added portfolio resulting in improved profitability.
This rating also takes into account RSWM`s ongoing capacity expansion cum modernization plans, involving significant capital investments.
ICRA assigns credit rating on short term debt instruments category that carry the lowest credit risk.
The company has five yarn spinning plants in the state of Rajasthan; Banswara, Kharigram, Mandpam, Rishbhdev and Ringas.
Kharigram also has fabric-manufacturing facility, although garments are manufactured at its Bangalore unit in Southern India.
