Suryalaxmi Cotton Group's Rajvir Industries blooming

A south based textile yarn manufacturer from Suryalaxmi Cotton Group, Rajvir Industries has 65,000 spindles installed and moving towards value added products.
The company was formed by the de-merger of Mahabubnagar unit of Suryalaxmi Cotton Mills and is in an expansion mode.
Rajvir acquired a 6 year old mill in Italy and is in the process of shifting the plant machinery to its existing facility with 45000 spindles, and will produce compact yarns.
Entire cost of expansion at Rs970 million which is funded through term loans, TUFS loans and internal accruals.
Rajvir earns almost 85 percent of its revenues from knitwear exporters and having a strong client base, assures growth with its yarns division expected to grow by almost 40 percent CAGR for the next two years.
It has also increased its dyeing capacity from 1.5 to 7.5 tons per day, which makes it one of the largest dyeing houses in South India.
Benefits of expansion and value added products are expected to flow in the next two years.
The company acquired new assets at half the cost of a new plant that will offer significant cost advantage.
With a rich product mix, cotton and synthetic yarn blends stand at 65:35 for FY06.
It further plans to trade in ginned cotton for optimum utilization of its existing capacity.
Rajvir Industries Limited has a library of over 6,000 Mélange/Heather shades and a range that encompasses everything from 100 percent cotton, cotton/viscose, polyester/cotton and linen/cotton to Blended yarns, Fiber/Dyeed cheese, Modal Yarn, 100 percent Modal C/M, Modal/Poly, Modal Mélange and Modal Dyed Yarns.
