SSML unveils Rs 80cr worth plans to raise yarns output

Suryalata Spinning Mills Limited based in Hyderabad, in a move to enter in the cotton yarn manufacturing and increasing its installed spindle capacity, has proposed new units at Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra. Each of the unit will have 25,000 spindles and the company will incur an investment of Rs 80 crore. With this the installed capacity of the Mills will go up to 1,15,000 spindles.
Land admeasuring 60 acres has been selected at Urkondapet village in Mahabubnagar district, and further, suitable land near Ramtek in Maharashtra is under the process of identification.
Currently, the company manufactures synthetic blended yarn at Kalwakurthy and Ramtek.
