CBL & Associates to join Belk & Linen 'n Things in Stillwater

Shopping Mall developers CBL & Associates Properties Inc announced the signing of additional anchor stores to join Belk and Linen 'n Things at the 207,000-square-foot Lakeview Pointe in Stillwater, OK.
The new anchor stores are Ross Dress for Less, Pier 1 and Petco. CBL also announced 13 other retailers that will join the new open-air shopping center. Lakeview Pointe is scheduled to celebrate a grand opening on October 18, 2006.
Commenting on the announcement, CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. President, Stephen Lebovitz, said, "When we originally announced this new development, we promised to bring the best in retail and dining to Stillwater.
With Lakeview Pointe, the residents of Stillwater can now brag of an exciting national lineup of fashion, home accessories and home furnishings retailers that is second to none. The strong leasing results at Lakeview Pointe are a direct result of its prime location, a thriving trade area and the favorable response to the open-air concept among our retailer partners. We are looking forward to a successful grand opening."
In addition to the 58,000-square-foot Belk, the 25,000-square-foot Linen 'n Things, 30,000-square-foot Ross Dress for Less, 9,000-square-foot Pier 1 and 14,000-square-foot Petco, CBL has signed leases with Dress Barn, Rue 21, Rack Room, Sprint PCS, Subway, Wings to Go, Touch of Sun, Butter Bean, Flynnagin's, Advance America, Top Nails, IBC Bank and Citifinancial. Lakeview Pointe is located on 36 acres at State Highway 177 (Perkins Road) and Lakeview Road.
