High performing textile machinery enterprise Benninger AG announces that knitwear finishing company purchases another BICOFLEX CPB dyeing station at Benninger.
One of the leading and largest jersey producers in Europe is expanding the existing BICOFLEX CPB dyeing station and adding a second installation. The products processed include jersey fabrics with multithread yarn and microfibres as well as natural fibres like cotton and linen. The products are knitted, dyed and finished.
Having already used the existing BICOFLEX knitwear system with great success for many years, the customer decided to purchase a second BICOFLEX CPB station with added functions for bleaching, mercerising and dyeing.
The CPB station is completed with a single chemical dosing station with 9 dosing lines. This allows the system to change between all of the different processes described above. Trough and nip operation are also possible, with the conversion of the system taking just a few minutes. The plant has been in operation since August 2006.
Benninger AG is an international group of companies based in Uzwil / Switzerland with subsidiaries in Germany, Italy, Russia, China, India and the USA. Uzwil has an annual turnover of than CHF 240 million with approx. 650 employees.
