Chinese textile machinery manufacturers plans to expand in India

Leading textile machinery manufactures from China intends to set up sales and service network throughout the India, with a vision to expand in the emerging spinning and chemical fibre zones in the textile industry.
Liu Haitao, part of a delegation of textile machinery manufacturers, on under China Texmatech (CTMTC) on country's visit to display their supply capability, informed that they are deeply interested to expand particularly in spinning, weaving and garment sector.
However, manufacturers are also interested in supplying machinery for chemical fibre sector, said Wu Xiu Hua, Vice-President of CTMTC.
They will keep prices very competitive comparing to the machinery from European countries and delivery time will be two months, Hua informed.
Quoting on the collaborations in India, Wu replied that it would too early to comments anything on it. However, CTMTC would be interested in setting up joint ventures for the deliveries of machineries and spares, and for that negotiations are on.
