Indian Card Clothing profit climbs 3.8 times

Indian Card Clothing Company (ICC), manufacturer of flexible and metallic card clothing, has increased its business considerably with profits rising 3.8 times for the quarter ended December 31 2006.
The company raked in profits of Rs101.29 million compared to Rs26.63 million for the quarter ended December 2005.
Net sale of the company for the quarter declined 9.59 percent to Rs104.47 million compared to Rs115.56 million for the quarter ended December 2005.
ICC's total income rose 53.4 percent to Rs219.07 million for the quarter ended Dec. 2006 compared to Rs142.8 million for the quarter ended Dec. 2005.
