Sultex at ITMA 2007 in Munich

Sultex, a member of the international ITEMA Group, offers all textile manufacturers machines tailored to their needs for maximum profitability in fabric production. The Sultex product portfolio includes high-performance weaving systems with projectile, rapier and air-jet weft insertion.
At ITMA, Sultex will be presenting innovative new products and modifications of various components de-signed to enhance performance, improve quality, expand the range of applications and increase user-friendliness.
At the expo, a special version of the all-rounder Sulzer Textil G6500 RSP rapier weaving ma-chine will be demonstrating its versatility and performance producing an extremely dense-woven technical textile in a working width of 260 cm, at the remarkable speed for this width of more than 520 rpm.
A new gripper technology ensures even more reliable and versatile weft insertion, even of different yarns.
With specially matched components, the tried-and-tested Sulzer Textil P7300HP projectile weaving machine can be fine-tuned for different applications with working widths of up to 6.5 metres.
This machine is still unbeatable in the production of high quality denim. Customized for producing denim, it will be weaving at the expo with a weft insertion rate of over 1570 m/min and at a speed of more than 400 rpm.
An outstanding performer, the Sulzer Textil L5500 air jet weaving machine will be shown weaving a filament fabric at a speed of 950 rpm.
However, for profitable production not only the speed is decisive, but also the air consumption. With a new, intelligent, self teaching air nozzle control system, air consumption has been reduced by up to 15%.
