Michigan based home furnishing La-Z-Boy Incorporated will report its first-quarter financial results after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Monday, August 22, 2005, and will hold its quarterly investor conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time the following day, Tuesday, August 23, 2005.
