AREZZO, Brazil's famous women's brand dealing in apparel and footwear, has decided to tap the Chinese shoe market and plans to set up 300 stores in China by 2016 with a target turnover of $150 million.
The Brazilian brand operates through 212 stores in 19 countries with turnover reaching US $150 million last year. It has set up 11 overseas branches in Saudi Arabia, Venezuela and Paraguay and established the first European store in Lisbon earlier this year.
By the end of this year, AREZZO plans to set up five stores in China, targeting high-end consumer market. The price of a pair of shoes is expected to be about US $160.
