Jaybharat Textiles releases outcome of EGM

Jaybharat Textiles & Real Estate Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on August 18, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. To Cancel the Authorized Preference Share Capital.
2. To increase the Authorized Equity Share Capital on cancellation of Preference Share Capital.
3. To Issue of Bonus shares in ratio of 1 bonus equity shares for each one existing equity share.
The company is presently engaged in the textile business of Ring doubling of cotton yarn and Manufacturing of cotton yarn by Rotor Spinning at Gujarat.
