Local co to set up home textile base in Xiaoshan city

Erdos Group, one of China's biggest wool products manufacturer, recently announced that it was setting up a home textile production base in Xiaoshan city of Zhejiang Province.
The company said it would cooperate with local down clothing enterprises and take advantage of the availability of wool and down clothing raw materials in order to establish Erdos as the top home textile brand and develop Chinese home textile industry.
The local Government has said it would extent all policy assistance to cooperate with local clothing brands so that they can make their presence felt in the international arena.
Xiaoshan city accounts for nearly 50 percent of the total China down industry. At present, Xiaoshan city's down raw materials' export accounts for 46 percent of the total export value of China; the export of down products like down clothing accounts for 24 percent of Chinese down industry.
