In unison, the board of the city of Borken has brought forth the development plan of Klöcker.
With trend-setting changes, especially ensuring a reconcilable cooperation between living and working, the phase of the plan lay out is initiated and is supposed to guarantee building rights for Klöcker during fall 2007.
The strongly revised development plan was rendered possible by the constructive cooperation of all participants, whereas Klöcker noticeably constricts itself due to the emissions that have to be expected and complies to strict guide lines.
Upon the council's decision on October 24th, 2007 and the necessary planning right, Klöcker will hand in a building application concerning the creation of a new production hall for the automated manufacturing of healds and needles used in the textile industry. The extension that is thought to be put into effect concerns the southern and western direction.
The planned volume of the entire investment is approximately 2,5 million Euro. During spring 2007, Klöcker will introduce the extended business activity to OEM-buyers and competent audience on the occasion of the ITMA, the world's largest exhibition of textile machines in Munich.
