Zodiac Clothing confirms interim dividend

Zodiac Clothing Company Ltd has informed that the members at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 25, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2007 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the report of the Directors and the Auditors thereon.
2. Confirmation of Interim Dividend paid on 8,362,626 Equity Shares @ of Rs 5/- per share for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 & declaration of final dividend on 83,62,626 Equity Shares at Re 1/- per share for the year ended March 31, 2007.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. M Y Noorani, Mr. Bernhard Steinruecke & Mr. S M Datta as Directors of the Company.
4. Appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms and conditions.
