Eskay K'n'IT (India) Limited, the flagship company of Navin Kumar Tayal Enterprise, has reported an increase of 44.45 percent in its Net Sales at Rs 179.08 crores during the second quarter ended September 30, 2007 as against the net sales of Rs 123.97 crores during the previous corresponding quarter ended September 30, 2006.
The company has reported a profit of Rs 6.66 crores for the second quarter of the fiscal year ended September 30, 2007 as against Rs 6.82 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The EPS of the company stands at Rs. 0.24 for a Face Value of Rs. 1/- each (not annualised).
Announcing the results, Eskay Chairman Mr Navin Kumar Tayal said, “The opening up of the quota system and the burgeoning demand for fashionable garments (in both domestic and export markets) is going to boost our productivity and profitability.”
