Megola Inc, in collaboration with MSE Enviro-Tech Corp., is pleased to announce the results of a recent test conducted in accordance with NPFA 2112 (2007 Edition), Standard on Flame-Resistant Garments for Protection of Industrial Personnel Against Flash Fire, at CTT Group facilities in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec.

The Titan 21 Fire Blanket successfully passed all test criteria, which include vertical flammability, heat and thermal shrinkage resistance and thermal protective performance.

The Titan 21 Fire Blanket is made from 100% cotton and is treated with the water-based, non-toxic Hartindo AF21 Fire Inhibitor.

"We are very encouraged by the NFPA 2112 test results. These results suggest that the Titan 21 Fire Blanket surpasses the capabilities of conventional wool fire blankets and performs at a level currently met only by highly engineered synthetic fabrics.

Perhaps most important is that these results prove that a water-based, spray-on product can dramatically increase the fire resistance of a natural combustible material," states Michael Gardner, Environmental Scientist at Megola Inc.
