DiloTemafa: Excellence in Fiber Opening and Blending
The new Baltromix opening and blending line has increased throughput capacity. This is based on new software exceeding 1000 kg/h for the individual weigh hopper machine. The newly re-designed Carding Willow 2000 provides higher throughput using an enlarged working width of 2000 mm. The fibre from the Baltromix opening and blending line is pneumatically conveyed to the new Dosing Opener DON which has a very large upper trunk as a reserve silo with a fine-regulating system at the flock level. Fibre flocks from the upper trunk are pre-opened and released to the lower trunk which includes a fine-opening station.
Dosing Opener Mixmaster
DiloTemafa has developed a new concept for introducing the re-opened fibre from an edge trim opener, the return fibres from an automatic filter and - if included - fibres from emergency suction of the card back into the blending system. Edge trimmings can be opened in-line by the Web Edge Opener and returned directly into the process. The Multi-Opener opens off-quality separately and can either feed the fibre material to a weigh hopper of the blend line or to a bale press for later use. These means will help to save raw material and thus related costs.
