NSC introduces Axcess lines

NSC Nonwovens is the leading supplier of needlepunch and direct web bonded technologies in the Nonwovens Industry, and is well positioned in lines where multiple forming and bonding technologies are employed in the creation of composite nonwoven fabrics.
The nonwoven industry which historically has been focused on a singular focus of maximizing capacity and quality has pushed capacity and the capital investment of manufacturing lines where emerging markets or niche markets are restricted from entry due to the economic barriers these high capacity systems impose.
NSC Nonwovens now offers an alternative to the nonwovens industry where different economies of scale can enable opportunities to markets where capacities of scale relative to their investment enable growth. The range of technologies includes needle punched nonwovens as well as direct web markets which includes hydro-entanglement, thermal, chemical and laminated nonwoven fabrics.
NSC Nonwovens is proud to announce Axcess, a new range of Needlepunch Nonwoven machinery engineered for medium capacity (tonnage) markets whilst maintaining the engineering quality standards of our high capacity Excelle nonwoven lines.
Axcess offers our customers who do not require the productive capacities provided with our Excelle production lines an alternative to obtain needlepunch lines where lower production capacities and lower capital investment costs are better suited to their corporate strategies.
NSC launched this new range of needlepunch line at the recent Asia ITMA Expo in Shanghai, China where the reception was extremely positive, resulting the sale of multiple lines with many other projects under consideration.
The ability to provide alternative lines which enables the customer to purchase the needed capacity at a price point relative to their productive needs without sacrificing quality enables both niche markets and emerging markets to expand or enter into needlepunch nonwovens with economies of scale relative to their needs.
The Excelle series of Nonwoven technologies is the market leader with technologies such as ProDyn + Qua!sys web/batt shaping to optimize Weight uniformity in the finished felt (optimize uniformity while reducing fiber cost), IsoProDyn which offer our customers a competitive advantage in their respective markets. The introduction of the Axcess series of Nonwoven technologies offers customers opportunities in markets where smaller capacity markets and economies can still benefit from the technologies of the Excelle series of technologies.
