Fleissner expands its Management Team

On 1st July 2008, Dr. Dieter Zenker (42) was appointed General Manager of Fleissner GmbH in Egelsbach near Frankfurt/Main. He will share executive functions with Hans-Georg Buckel while being primarily in charge of the company's technical management. Dr. Zenker joined the company in 2007 as technical director responsible for development, engineering and production.

Being a mechanical engineer with a doctor's degree and additional qualifications in economics, he has several years of experience working in industry and doing international business in the fields of drive and automation engineering, textile machinery and machine tool construction.

His principal fo-cus so far has been on preparing the company for future challenges. He advances the ongoing inno-vation and development process for new machinery and equipment concepts and reorganizes the individual production sections to ensure short delivery periods while making flexible use of the com-pany's highly specialized production capacities.

Fleissner GmbH, a member of Trützschler group, is an internationally recognized manufacturer of machinery and equipment and with some 300 employees supplies customer-specific solutions for the production of staple fibers, nonwovens, tissue and textiles.
