CPC Corporation has announced that its three naphtha cracker units have returned to normalized operations after a devastating typhoon had struck Taiwan a few days back and had disrupted normal life in the island country.
According to a company official, the ethylene producing plants are now operating at 85 percent capacity after it had been cut due to the typhoon and reduced demand from its customers in the past few days.
CPC Corp has a combined ethylene production capacity of 1.08 million tons across its three naphtha cracker plants.
