ZIMMER to introduce BEMATIC Group at IDEA

ZIMMER AMERICA is announcing its participation at the IDEA 2010 show this year from April 27th, 2010 to April 29th, 2010 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, which will be held every three years.
In booth 315, ZIMMER will introduce the BEMATIC Group of companies to the Non Woven market in North America. This newly formed group of companies is composed by Bematic (opening, blending and web forming equipment), Texnology (Crosslapper) and TecTex (Needlelooms). Also for the first time ZIMMER is presenting the full equipment program of BOMBI Meccanica.
BEMATIC S.r.l. bematic designs and manufacture Non Woven Carding Lines and Direct Felt Lines including blending and opening equipment and computerized high speed nonwoven cards for the nonwoven fields and the new air forming system.
TEXNOLOGY S.r.l The new name in crosslappers with digital drive and universal profile systems. Eliminate the bottleneck in your non-woven line with the TRIO, MASCOTT, EVOLUTION, or PROFESSIONAL crosslapper. The TEXNOLOGY crosslapper is in a class of its own, because it is designed by engineers who have decades of experience in non woven production.

TECTEX S.r.l. TecTex needlelooms and complete production lines are characterized by the highest productivity and efficiency as well as superior web quality and evenness. Numerous innovations and inventions of TecTex have repeatedly contributed to progress in the nonwovens industry. After June 15, 2010 Zimmer will also sell the TecTex Needle-Boards to the North American market.
