The Loot, India's leading multi-brand discount store has tied up with Bhavan's Centre for Inter-Disciplinary Studies (BCIDS) under leadership of S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research - SPJIMR to help create career paths for all its employees.

The Loot that has been in existence for over 5 years now has over 600 employees pan India. Looking at the current competition and requirements in the corporate world, The Loot has decided to offer all its employees an opportunity to earn and learn at the same time. To facilitate this to its employees, The Loot has tied up with BCIDS under leadership of SPJIMR to educate all its employees in various programmes across the retail sector. This tie-up will not only allow The Loot employees to work but will also allow them to learn and earn a programmes in Management Development and Retail Management.
