Energy-efficient dryer assists Santex's growth

Santex Group – the Swiss textile machinery supplier revealed that the Santashrink line of dryers was mostly responsible for the company's growth this year.
Santashrink uses the most recent software and operating processes which have been designed on the basis of the latest findings in the field of air technology. The company produces and sells dryers under its Cavitec brand.
The recently designed air nozzle system along with process management technology can provide the users with the best evaporation potential apart from the impressive residual reduction results.
The dryers are modular with each chamber having a length of 2.0 meters and working widths ranging between 1.8 and 3.4 meters.
The Super Jumbo dryer operates on three levels. Each level is fitted with upper and lower transport belts. Again each and every level projects specifically designed nozzles to ensure the most efficient air blow and speed through the various stages of the drying process.
The drying system attains equilibrium between the thermal and electrical energy requirement as well as production. Because of this, the drying potential and the energy inputs yield high efficiency results and require very low drying expenditure per kilogram of the material manufactured.
The energy-recovery system which is known as EnAirSave saves around 35 percent of the energy when compared with other dryers available in the market.
