Adamjee Export Processing Zone receives JV investment

Bangladesh and Germany will jointly establish an interlining manufacturing industry in the Adamjee Export Processing Zone at a cost of $ 1.571 million. The company to be name as M/S. FEM Wendler Interlining Ltd.
The Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority and M/s. FEM Wendler Interlining Ltd signed an agreement to this effect in Dhaka last week. Masud Ahmed, member, Investment Promotion of BEPZA and Naima Faizee, Managing Driector of FEM Wendler Interlining Ltd, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
The annual production capacity of the company is expected to be 10 lakh to 40 lakh meters of interlining materials, a press release issued by the BEPZA said.
