 Nuance-Watson proudly accepted the “Airport Retailer of the Year” trophy at the 2009 Frontier Awards Night in Cannes on October 21. This is the fourth prestigious Frontier Award to be bestowed on the biggest retailer at Hong Kong International Airport in four consecutive years, demonstrating the company’s continuous commitment to quality, innovation and partnership.
Accepting the award, Ms. Alessandra Piovesana, Regional Managing Director of Nuance-Watson (Hong Kong), said: “My colleagues and I are delighted to have once again been recognised by the industry as being the world’s best airport retailer. The latest win brings to a total of four Frontier Awards Nuance-Watson has received during the last four years. They include not only the “2008 Best Marketing Initiative of the Year” award, but also the “2007 Best Partnership Initiative of the Year” and “2006 Airport/Land-based Retailer of the Year” awards. Earlier this year, Nuance-Watson also received an additional two DFNI Global Awards for “Travel Retailer of the Year” and “Airport Retailer of the Year”.
