Thanh Cong Textiles to auction 5mn shares

The Thanh Cong Textile and Garment Company plans to sell almost five million shares for both domestic as well as international bidders.
The auction will be held at HCM City Securities Trading Centre on March 24, where the initial price of standard shares worth VND10000, will be VND10050 per share.
General Director, Dinh Cong Hung said that as it was important to develop both domestic and global value, the foreign investors will be allowed to buy only up to 4.8 million shares.
Company's export revenue accounts for 63 percent of its total revenue with the US and Japan being the top export destinations.
Thanh Cong is engaged in the output of spinning, weaving and knitting, dyeing and sewing an extensive range of polo shirts, T-shirts, children's clothes, sport wear.
