Apparel firm Windsor is adding Aptos enterprise order management, warehouse management, and flash and sales analytics to its suite of Aptos solutions (Aptos store, merchandising, CRM, and sales audit) in the cloud by Aptos, Inc., a leader in retail solutions, where information is integrated across channels to support complete view of customers and inventory.

Aptos' singular commerce platform integrates every part of the enterprise to enable truly seamless customer experiences no matter where, when or how customers shop.

The addition of Aptos enterprise order management will enable the company to profitably manage all orders throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to fulfilment and back. With Aptos warehouse management, Windsor will improve fulfilment accuracy and reduce inventory carrying costs, while automating the manual processes that are in place today, delivering great operational efficiencies. In addition, Aptos warehouse management will play a central role in Windsor's transformation into an omni-channel retailer, by also managing all customer order fulfilment requirements.

Flash and sales analytics will empower Windsor with intra-day sales analytics needed to make faster, better informed business decisions to fuel its growth and innovation. Windsor can expand its advanced analytic capabilities via the Aptos analytics suite as it continues its growth as an omni-channel retailer.

Leon Zekaria, president of Windsor said, “By leveraging Aptos and the cloud, we've been able to gain improved scalability, reduced risk, improved speed-to-value, and the ability to free up information technology resources to focus on business growth and innovation. Aptos will help us manage this growth by providing a differentiated and seamless shopping and service experience for our customers.”

Noel Goggin, CEO and culture leader for Aptos said, “We are proud to help Windsor prepare for its next wave of growth, as it looks to blur the lines between brick & mortar and ecommerce by supporting singular commerce and seamless experiences.” (GK)
