The company also announced the expansion of its RFID printing capabilities in its facility in Vietnam, including the latest EVO printing.
Checkpoints's new EVO printing capability can encode, verify, and print variable data on high-performance RFID labels at 10 to 15 times faster speed than convention RFID thermal printers.
“EVO's advanced technology uses templates for a retailer's specific variable data, such as SKU, style code, department, size, colour, barcode and price. That, coupled with its high speed, enables a more efficient printing process that provides retailers with significant cost savings and a faster turnaround on orders,” said James Wrigley, COO, Apparel Labelling Solutions, Checkpoint Systems.
The company's Check-Net is a real-time app for smartphones and tablets that allows retailers to quickly and easily access account information, check order status on the fly, and receive push notifications regarding orders.
Checkpoint Systems will be discussing the new EVO at RFID Journal Live to be held from May 3 – 5, 2016 in Orlando, Florida. (HO)
