Elan International, a manufacturer of loungewear and resortwear, selected NGC Software's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and shop floor control system to manage its manufacturing processes throughout its global operations, both at the company's factory and with its suppliers.

NGC's ERP will allow managing all aspects of its business, with features that include EDI, customer order processing, purchasing, production orders, inventory control, distribution, accounting and reporting. Using NGC's ERP, Elan can streamline workflows, reduce costs and improve profitability, while increasing inventory turns.

Elan will use NGC's shop floor control software at its factory to more effectively track labour, production payroll and work in process, while providing executives with detailed management reports.

“Elan International has a strong commitment to customer service, flexibility and excellent quality, and we are pleased they have selected NGC's software. Together we will ensure Elan's manufacturing processes meet and exceed the commitments they have made to quality,” said Mark Burstein, president of sales, marketing and research and development, NGC Software.  (HO)
