End to end e-commerce service and solution provider company Eshopbox has partnered Betaouttech, a customer intelligence and marketing platform.

According to an Eshopbox press release, by using this new line of marketing tool, it expects to help its clients target their customers much more effectively.

“Betaouttech strives to create an intelligent users database and will highlight the technological benefits of Betaouttech for Eshopbox,” the press release said.

Ankush Karwa, co-founder of Eshopbox said, “Betaouttech does behavioural analysis of the customers while building its innovative kind of user's database.”

“This assures us that it will be able to engage our customers in a much better way relatively for longer period of time and uses highly conversational interfaces of on-site engagement like live chat, SMS and emails to keep customers engaged,” he added.

He further added that the retention of customers for longer periods has always been a challenge in ecommerce, but with Betaouttech he now hopes to surmount this recurrent problem.

Another co-founder Mayur Karwa too said, “The fashion landscapes changes very fast and so we need to keep our clients updated about it in real time.”

“Besides this, in order to have competitive edge over our competitors, we felt customers should be approached with new intelligence of personalization,” he too added.

“Their product need should be customised in a way that it gets sold itself and Betaouttech facilitates us all these at one stop,” Karwa informed.

Studies reveal that atleast 80 per cent of the customers say they have done online shopping at least once, so most ecommerce companies are now concentrating upon increasing the conversion rates of the online shopping visitors.

This in turn has fuelled the ecommerce market with the need for behavioural research about customers so that they can be targeted effectively.

Under such researches, customers are profiled on the basis of demographics, buying behaviour, personal history, preferences etc and are then targeted through the tools of personalisation.

“This has been found to be a very useful way of increasing the conversion rates and subsequently the revenue,” Eshopbox stated.

“In order to keep up with this latest trend in the world of ecommerce, Eshopbox has formed a timely association with Betaouttech,” the company remarked.

Eshopbox is an on-demand ecommerce technology and services company and drive ecommerce for fashion brands and help these companies provide a unique, brand-centric experience to their customers.

Founders of Snapdeal, Paytm, Redbus, Shaadi, Groupon, Freshdesk and several more internet companies have come together to fund Noida-based Betaouttech, a behavioural marketing platform.

The company was founded by serial entrepreneurs Ankit Maheshwari, Raghubir Thakur, Arjun Maheshwari and Nandini Rathi and was officially launched in April. (AR)
