This software application will help La Redoute to engage and grow its customers, gain a better picture of marketing strengths and make expenditure across the right channels. It will enable a greater understanding of the business to the retailer.
The company has traditionally remained a mail order company. To assist the growth of its e-commerce portal by understanding the customer base, the company's UK team employed the software solution.
“As we make the transition into a pure-play digital retailer, it is vital that we efficiently utilise the data available to us to understand how well our online and offline strategies work,” Paul Carmichael, head of digital at La Redoute UK commented.
“Visual IQ's intelligent, algorithmic solution offers the cross-channel insights and optimisation recommendations that will empower us to better understand where to allocate spend – across all channels – to engage consumers and grow our audience,” he added. (MCJ)
